ORD1995865COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #865 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 7 (Traffic Code) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: City of Muskego, Wisconsin, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1: Chapter 7, Section 7.01 of the Municipal Code of the 7.01 STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Code, the current and future Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter MVD 5 of the Wisconsin statutory provisions of Section 110.075 and Chapters 340 to 348, Administrative Code describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles and traffic, exclusive of any provis'ions therein relating to penalties to be imposed and exclusive of any regulations for which the statutory penalty is a term of Code as if fully set forth herein.
