ORD1995862COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #E62 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 12, SECTION 12.01, 'OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO (LIQUOR ORDINANCE) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Chapter 12, Section 12.01 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, is hereby amended to add Section 12.01(10.5) as follows: 12.01(10.5) Additional Regulations Regarding Restrictions, Non-Renewal, Cancellation, Revocation and Suspension of Licenses. In addition to requirements of all other rules, laws and regulations of the State of Wisconsin and this municipality, licenses are subject to the following requirements: Any license granted or issued pursuant to the general ordinances for this municipality shall be may be imposed by the governing body of the subject to further regulation or restriction as municipality, by amendment to this section or by the enactment of a new ordinance. SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply specified in the decision, and not affect the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
