THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
rezoned from RS-2 to RSM:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby
All that part of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, T5N. RZOE, in the city of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, (being also part of Parcel "C" of
a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 4 of Certified Survey Maps,
Pages 103-105 Document No. 689751 and part of Parcel "D" of a
Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 6 of Certified Survey Maps,
bounded and described as follows:
Pages 273-275 as Document No. 734617, Waukesha County Registry)
Conunencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 16; thence North
along the South 1/4 line of Section 16, 1707.04 feet to the north line
of lands reserved for a 60 foot wide road as shown on Parcel "C" of
aforesaid Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 4; thence South 89'
29'37" West along said north line of 60 foot road reservation, 208.72
feet to the point of beginning of lands herein to be described:thence
continuing South 89°29'37" West along said north line of the 60 foot
road reservation, 297.31 feet to the west line of aforesaid parcel
264.24 feet to the northwest corner of Parcel "C"; thence North
