ORD1993792COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #792 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, SECTION 17:6.09 (13), OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO ZONING ORDINANCE (Quasi-public Informational Signs) AS FOLLOWS: THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN SECTION 1: Chapter 17, Section 17:6.09 (13) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: (13) Quasi-public Informational Signs (A) Non-commercial permanent signs of a general informational nature such as community welcome, safety warning, or other similar nature not to exceed 80 other non-profit organizations upon approval of the square feet in area may be erected by service clubs or Plan Commission of the location, size and appearance of such sign.
