ORD1993789COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #789 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.16(2), OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO Littering THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Code of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: 9.16 LITTERING PROHIBITED SECTION 1: Chapter 9, Section 9.16(2), of the Municipal (2) No person shall allow any dog or cat which belongs to them or which is within their supervision or control to deposit any fecal material upon any public or private property, other than the person's own property, unless that person immediately removes all such fecal material and deposits the same in an appropriate receptacle. SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
