ORD19927610 AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #761 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO RS-2 to RS-2/0PD -- Terra Development/Plum Creek Subdivision THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from RS-2 to RS-2/0PD: All that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence West along the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) 1342.185 feet to the west line of the East 1/2 of said southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence North 01°04'07" West along said west line 1309.28 feet to thee cor" of ,- A Certified Survey Map No 6757 as recorded as document no 1732163 in volume 56, pages 249-251 of CSM's, Waukesha County Registry on May described: thence North 88°55'53" East along the south line of 14, 1992 and the place of beginning of the lands herein to be thence South 81O43'09" West 56.447 feet; thence South 01°07'46" said CSN 196.000 feet; thence South 01°04'07" East 264.414 feet; East 152.567 feet to the north right-of-way line of proposed Plum Creek Road and the beginning of a curve of radius 100.000 feet, center of which lies to the north; thence northwesterly along the said north right-of-way line and along the arc of said curve 33.894 feet, the chord of said arc bearing North 77O45'55.5" West 33.732 feet to the beginning of a curve of radius 150.000 feet, center of which lies to the south; thence northwesterly along the said north right-of-way and along the arc of said curve 60.408 feet, the chord of said arc bearing North 79O35'33" West 60.000 feet; thence South 88'52'14'' West along the said north right-of-way line and its extension 48.535 feet to the said west line of the East 1/2; thence North 01°04'07'~ West along said west line 404.419 feet to the place of beginning.
