THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
21.06(5) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
21.04 DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
SECTION 1: Chapter 21, Section 21.04(7) and Section
(7) Domestic Wastewater shall mean water-borne waste

jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
