of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.

from and after its passage and publication, continued on

removed on or before the 22nd day of May, 1995, or upon the
construction of the last building on the subject property,
whichever occurs first.
2. The property shall never be developed to include more than 24
units.
3. Deed restrictions satisfactory to the City of Muskego shall
be recorded within 30 clays of the date of passage of this
ordinance encompassing the above conditions and making the
City of Muskego the party which may enforce the same.
SECTION 3
