COMMON COUI'JCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO AMENDED .1 AN ORDINANC?TO CXATE SECTIONS 12.03(2) (e) AND AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO 12.03(19) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, REGULATING PEDDLERS, CANVASSERS THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1: Chapter 12, :Section 12.03(2) (e) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego is created to read as follows: (e) Sales Event. If any section or portion the:eof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the unenforceable, such decision sihall apply only to the specific section or validitrr of all other provisions, sections, or portions thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance art hereby re?ealed as to those terms that conflict. SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE.
