COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 OKDINANCE #632 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 12, SECTION 12.01 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE (Licensing Sales of Alcoholic Beverages) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : read read read read SECTION 1 - Section 12.01 (3) is repealed and amended to as follows: CLASSES OF LICENSES AND FEE The following classes and under the authority of the Common Council after payment of denominations of licenses may be issued by the City Clerk the fee herein specified, which when so issued sha1.l permit the holder to sell, deal or traffic in alcohol beverages as provided in §125.17, 125.25, 125.26, 125.28, 125.51 and 125.57, Wis. Stats. E:xcept as otherwise provided in this section, the license fee may be prorated. The fees for licenses which are not granted shall be refunded after deducting a partial ad.ministrative cost in the amount of the fee or $25.00, whichever is less. The fee for a record check on each new appl.icant shall be $5.00. SECTION 2 - Section l>:.Ol (3)(a) is repealed and amended to as follows: $25.00 per year or fraction of year. No proration allowed.
