AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Meadow Green West - RS-2/L/SW/W to RS-2/L/SW/W (OPD)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
Final Plat - Meadow Green West, revised 9/9/88, is hereby rezoned
from RS-2/L/SW/W to RS-Z/L/SW/W (OPD):
SECTION 1: The following described property as detailed on
Being a part of the NW 1 /4 of the NW 114 of Section 15, and
T5N, R20E
a part of the NE 114 and NW 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 16,
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are

declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
