AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Hoormann - RS-2 to RS-2 (OD)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
rezoned from RS-2 to RS-2 (OD):
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby
All that part of Certified Survey Map No. 2283 being a part of
the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
Certified Survey Map No. 2283; thence N 59" 22' 42" E along the
South line of Woods Road 220.00 feet; thence S 30" 37' 18" E,
230.00 feet; thence S 59" 22' 42" W, 176.04 feet; thence N 86"
18' 21" W, 53.22 feet; thence N 30" 37' 18" W, 250.00 feet to the
place of beginning. Said lands containing 49,941 s9,uare feet.

SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are
declared to be severable. If any section or portioh thereof
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication.
