AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Stefaniak - EA to R-3)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby
rezoned from EA to R-3:
All that part of the NW 114 of Section 21, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described
Section; thence S88" 34' 31" W along the North line of said NW
as follows: Commencing at the Northest corner of said NW 114
1/4 Section, 330.00 feet to the place of beginning of the lands
North line 175.00 feet; thence S1 25' 29" E, 300.00 feet; thence
to be described; thence continuing S88" 34' 31" W along said
N 88" 34' 31" E, 175 feet; thence N 1' 25' 29" W, 300.'00 feet to
the place of beginning. Said lands containing 1.205 acres.
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication.
