THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
rezoned from R1 to Rl/OIP:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 18, T5N, R20E City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the North
west line of said NE 1/4, 183.88 feet; thence 583" 30' 40" 1/4 corner of said Section 18; thence S1 06' 54"E along the
E, 239.62 feet to the place of beginning; ;thence continue
S83" 30' 40" E. 120.00 feet; thence S6" 29' 20" W, 170.00
feet; thence N83' 30' 40" W, 120 feet; thence N6" 29' 20" E,
of land.
170.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.47 Acres
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordin5nce are
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication.
