ORD1988621-_ i COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #621 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO (Lessmann - RS3/0ED to RS3/0D) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : from RS3/0ED to RS3/0D: SECTION 1:The following described property is hereby rezoned Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 191 6, recorded August 15, 1973 in Volume 13 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 166, Northwest 114 of the Northeast 114 of Section 8, Town 5 167 and 168, as Document No. 860140, being a part of the North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin. SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or pdrtion validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect.
