AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 17.
SECTIONS 3.06, 3.07, 3.08 AND 6.07 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE

WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
amended to change the fee from $45.00 to $75.00 for submittal of
SECTION 1: Chapter 17, Section 3.06 (2) B. is hereby
rezoning petitions.
to change the fee from $35.00 to $45.00 for submittal of
petitions not involving zoning change.
SECTION 2: Chapter 17, Section 3.07 (3) is hereby amended

SECTION 3: Chapter 17, Section 3.08 (3) A. is hereby
amended to change the fee from $20.00 to $30.00.for a Hoard of
Appeals hearing.
SECTION 4: Chapter 17, Section 6.07 (3) A. is hereby
amended to change the fee from $150.00 to $250.00 for extractive
and accessory use hearings.
SECTION 5: The several sections of this ordinance are

declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
SECTION 6: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication.
