'L ORDINANCE 11608 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, SECTIONS 5.07 (3) and (4) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO (Destruct ion of Records) WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TH.E CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, add: read SECTION 1: Chapter 5, Section 5.07 (3) is hereby amended to (d) Municipal court complaints, summons and citations, (e) Criminal and traffic accident records except those court dockets; exempt from the statute of limitations. ..
