AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Narlock - Rl/L to RS2)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, Db ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby
rezoned from Rl/L to RS2:
That property located in the SE 114 of Section 8, more fully
described as follows:
All that part of the SE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 8,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described as
follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said
114 section; thence S OOo 29' 43" E, along the west
line of said 114 section, 1337.535 feet to a point;
thence N 88O 45' 23" E, 1346.25 feet to a point; thence
S OOo 49' 36" E, 865.22 feet to the point of beginning
438.33 feet to a point of curve; thence 741.21 feet
of the following description; thence N 43O 54' 45" E,
with a radius of 5543.30 feet, along a chord bearing N
along the arc of a curve, center lying to the north,
40° 04' 54'' E, 740.65 feet to a point; thence N 88O 45'
22" E, 249.55 feet to a point; thence southwesterly
919.87 feet along the arc of a curve, center lying to
the northwest withoa radius of 543.30 feet, along a
chord bearizg S 40 04' 54" W, 918.88 feet to a point;

SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that -r, conflict.
