SECTION 2.09 (l)(f) and (g) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
(Public Utilities Committee)
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2,
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 2, Section 2.09 (1) (f) and (g) are
hereby deleted.
SECTION 2: Chapter 2, Section 2.09(l)(f) is recreated to
read as follows:
2.09(l)(f): Committee on Public Utilities (includi Sewer
and Water). (This Committee was former rd two
Committees known as the Committee on Public
Water and the Committee on Public Sewer. Any
reference in the ordinances of the City of
Muskego to the Committee on Public Water or the
Committee on Public Sewer shall mean the
Committee on Public Utilities.) 0 SECTION 3: The several sections of this ordinance are
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that
conflict.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, publication and April 19, 1988.
