AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10.02 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Clean Indoor Air)
WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
SECTION 1: Chapter 10, Section 10.02 of the Municipal Code
is amended to renumber the existing paragraph to (1) and to add
(?-)(a) and (b) as follows:
(2) Clean Indoor Air. (a) Section 101.123 of the Wisconsin
Statutes is hereby adopted as if set forth at length herein,
exclusive of penalties, and exclusive of subsections (6),
(7), (8) and (9) thereof. Any future amendments, revisions,
or modifications of the statutory section adopted herein are
intended to be a part of this code.
(b) Penalties. Penalties for violation of this section
shall be as provided in §25.04 of this Code.
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion
thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the
validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of
the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any
other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the prsvisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms. that
conflict. I
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full fprce and effect
from and after its passage and publication.
