ORD1987562COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 .- ORDINANCE 11562 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30, SECTION 30.05, ANd TABLE NO. 1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE (BUILDING CODE PERMIT FEES) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Chapter 30, Section 30.05 (8.) FEES of the Municxpal Code is amended to provide as follows: (8.) FEES - Before receiving a building permit, the owner or his agent shall pay the fee specified in Table 1. The fees for permits required by this Code shall be Common Council. Such resolution shall remain on file as from time to time estabished by resolution of the with the City Clerk and in the office of the Building Inspector. In applying the provisions of THIS CODE in respect to new work, existing buildings, alterations and repairs, the physical value of the work shall be determined by the Building Inspector on the basis of current costs, or as otherwise provided in the local ordinances. SECTION 2: Chapter 30, Table No. 1 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended as attached: SECTION 3: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force,and effect from and after its passage and publication.
