AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30, SECTION 30.05,
ANd TABLE NO. 1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
(BUILDING CODE PERMIT FEES)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 30, Section 30.05 (8.) FEES of the
Municxpal Code is amended to provide as follows:
(8.) FEES - Before receiving a building permit, the
owner or his agent shall pay the fee specified in Table 1.
The fees for permits required by this Code shall be

respect to new work, existing buildings, alterations and
repairs, the physical value of the work shall be determined

SECTION 2: Chapter 30, Table No. 1 of the Municipal Code is
hereby amended as attached:
SECTION 3: The several sections of this ordinance are
declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such
decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion

other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions
