ORD1983479ORIIINANCE /I479 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 13 SECTION 13.01fI OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Section 13.016 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to create the following section: 13.01 6 CATS (1) LICENSE REQUIRED. Every person residing in the City who owns, harbors or keeps a cat which is more than 5 months of age manner prescribed by law for the payment of personal property on January 1 of any year shall annually, at the time and in the taxes, obtain a license therefor. annually $ and a $ for each cat not spayed or neutered. for each neutered male cat and spayed female cat, (2) FEES. (c) No kennel shall be established or maintained except in compliance with the following regulations: 1. All cats shall be kept indoors; or 2. (d) The licensee of the kennel shall at all times keep one of such tags attached to the collar of each cat over 5 months old kept by him/her under a kennel license.
