AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 13
SECTION 13.01fI OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 13.016 of the Municipal Code is hereby
amended to create the following section:
13.01 6 CATS
(1) LICENSE REQUIRED. Every person residing in the City who
owns, harbors or keeps a cat which is more than 5 months of age

(7) PAYMENT OF COSTS. rhe owner or keeper of a cat
fee of $15.00, an additional fee of $3.00 if the cat is reclaimed
impounded may reclaim the cat upon the payment of an apprehension
and an additional fee of $5.00 for each day that the cat is
