OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKE GO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKE GO
, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended
to make the following changes:
OCCUPANCY AND ZONING USE PERMIT
Amend (2) D. to read as follows:
D. For the purpose of defraying the cost of inspection
and administrative processing, such application
shall be accompanied by a fee as provided in the
Building Code of the City of Muskego.

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent \..'ith ır contravening the pr()visi()r1s of this ordinance are hereby r~pealed.
