AN ORD INANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO
AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
W I SCONS IN
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described property is
hereby rezoned as indicated:
From 8-2 (Local Service Center to RS2 (Suburban Residence):
Apprdmately three acres in part of the north 3
of the Northwest + of Section 4, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, and also identified as the triangular
parcel of land lying between College Avenue and
Martin Drive, City of Muskego, Waukeh County,
Wisconsin.
SECTION 2: The zoning map as referred to in Chapter 17,
Section 3.04 of the Municipal Code of Muskego, Wisconsin, is
amended by reclassifying the above described property as shown
on said map in accordance with Section I hereof.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby
repea I ed.
SECTION 4: This ordinmce shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication. .
