AN ORD INANCE TO RE.ZONE CERTA IN PROPERTY AND TO
AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WISCONSIN.
THE COMMON COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The fcllowing described property is hereby
rezoned as indicated:
From 1-1 (Industrial Park) to A (Agriculture):
All that property in the East * of Section 36
and part of the Scutheast 3 of the Southeast
of Secticn 25, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
SECTION 2: The zcning map as referred to in Chapter 17,
Section 3.04, of the Municipal Code of Muskego, Wisconsin, is
amended by reclassifying the above described property as shown
on said map in accordance with Section I hereof.
SECTION 3: All ordirmces or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication.
