AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
.ro THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following areas now designated on the
Zoning Map of the City of Muskego as Wetland/Floodplain are
hereby rezoned as indicad herein:
(a) To 1-1, The Wetland-Floodplain in the area of the
Muskego Business/lndustrial Park in the N+ of Sections 16 and 17,
in the City of Muskego;
(b) Ro RS-2: OPD, The Wetland-Floodplain in the area of
Parkland Plaza Dlanned develooment in Sections 3 and 10 north of e Highway 24 in the City of Mus'kego;
(c) To RS-2, The Wetland-Floodplain in the area of
the Lincolnshire Subdivision in Sections I and 2 at the east
corner of Woods Road and Tess Corners Drive in the City of Muskego;
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication.
