AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SEWER SERVICE ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MU5KEG0, SECTION 3.10, BY ADDING
THERETO, SECTION ::.IO (11)
THE COMMON COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Secticmn 3.10 of the municipal code is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section 3.10 (11) to read
as follows:
(11) Sewer Service Areas:
The areas to be served by the City of Muskego sewer
utility shall include al I areas within the corporate
limits of the City of Muskego and such areas beyond
the corporate limits of the City as hereinafter listed.
The Muskego utility shall have no obligation to serve
any area outside the incorporated limits of the City
beyond the areas hereinaer delineated and by this
ordinance the City of Muskego expressly affirms its
policy that it is unwilling to serve any areas beyond
the corporate limits of the City, other than those
expressly delineated herein.
(a) Linnie Lac Service District: The following described
area known as the Linnie Lac Sewer Service area:
Part of the Southesst of Section 32, Town 6 North,
Range 20 East, and part of the Southwest + of Section
33, Town 6 North, liange 20 East, City of New Berlin,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
fol lows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 33, Town

along the South line of the Southwest $-of said section
