AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 3.10 (6) OF THE
MUNICIPAL (CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE COMMON C0UN:IL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Sec,tion 3.10 (6) of the Municipal Code
is hereby amended to prov:ide as follows:
3.10 (6)
Sewer Service charges shall be assessed on a quarterly
basis and shall cover the period of January 1 to
December 31 of ,each year, commencing January 1, 1975.
Such charges shall be placed on the annual real estate
tax bill as special charges and collected in the
same manner as other taxes on real estate are collected I
in the City. The first payment shall be placed on
the real estate tax bill due February 28, 1975. All
sewer service charges due and owing for the calendar
year 1974 shall be billed prior to December 31, 1974,
and collected a:; a separate bill.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby
repealed,
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication.
