AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 12.01 (5) (c)
OF THE MUlJICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 12.01 (5) (c) of the Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12.01 (5)(c) Class B Retail Fermented Malt Beverage
License. No more than 39 Class B retail fermented malt
beverage licenses ::ha11 be issued with any license year,
provided this limitation does not apply to bona fide clubs,
lodges, posts or societies which have been in existence
for not less than 2 years prior to the date of application.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon-
sistent with or contravenlng this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
