CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
THE COMMON C0UNt;IL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described property is
hereby rezoned as indicat1:d:
From R-l With an Overlay for Institutional
and Public Service to R-I:
Approximately 2'3 acres of property in the
SW 1/4 of Sectitln 5, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, City o,F Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin. This property may more gener-
ally be described as the former Nike site
south of Tans Dl-ive and west of Hi I lendale
Drive.
SECTION 2: The zoning map as referred to in Chapter
17, Section 3.04 of the Municipal Code of Muskego, Wisconsin,
is amended by rec I ass ify i17g the above described property as
shown on said map in accordance with Section I hereof.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4: Thi:; ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication.
