AN ORD INANCE TO KEZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, W ISCONS IN
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described property is here-
by rezoned as indicated:
From RCE With an Aqriculture Overlay
The NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin - excepting and
reserving the following: A strip of land
14A off the E pt of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of said section 5. Also excepting and re-
serving therefrom the following: A strip of
land exactly 80 rods long running N and S
along the W boundary line of NW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 5. This property may
more generally be described as approximately
26 acres of the Donald Bentley property, S67
W20253 Tans Drive.
SECTION 2: The zoning map as referred to in Chapter
17, Section 3.04 of the MLnicipal Code of Muskego, Wisconsin,
is amended by reclassifyirg the above described property as
shown on said map in accordance with Section I hereof.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in-
consistent with or contravening this ordinance arehereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication.
