AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 4.05 (2) OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WISCONSIN, BY ADDING THERETO, Paragraph H
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCON-
SIN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Chapter 17, Section 4.05 (2) of the
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Paragraph
H to provide as follows:
“H. A solar hea-; ing system shal I be per-
mitted as an accessory use and may be per-
mitted in any di:;trict subject to the
regulations of that particular district and
by the approval #of the Plan Commission of
building, site and operational plans.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contrsvening this ordinance are hereby
repea I ed.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication.
