AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 12.01 (5)(c)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEQO
- THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 12.01 (5)(c) of the Municipal
Code establishing a quota of 38 class "b" retail fermented
malt beverage licenses pe- year is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or psts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
