DELETING CERTAIN SECTIONS THEREFROM

Section I: Tile following provisions of the State

SECTION 2: The following provisions of the State Traffic
Code as included in ChEpter 7 of the Municipal Code are hereby
repea I ed.

SECTION 3: Section 7.15 (2) is hereby amended to provide

(2) Forfeiting Deposit: The sum to be forfeited pursuaht
to the stipulation for violation of this Chapter shall be
determined in sccordance with the deposit schedule
established by the Board of County Judges. The deposit
shall include court costs and suit tax.
SECTION 4: Section 7.15 (I) is repealed and recreated
to read as follows:
7.15 (I) STIPULATION OF NO CONTEST. Any person charged
with a violation of this chapter except 7.346.62 (I) and
7.346.63 (I) may make a stipulation of no contest pursuant
to Section 345.27, Wis. Stats., which must be received at
the office of the police department or clerk of court
(or municipal ju:jtice) within IO days of the date of the

or filed a stipulation under this sukection may, however,
appear in court on the appearance date and may be relieved
