AN ORD INANCE TO AMEND ORD INANCE #I 28, PASSED AND
APPROVED ON THE 29th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1968, BEING
AN ORD I NANCE PROV ID ING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE
OF $320,000 SEWEI?AGE SYSTEM MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS
OF THE CITY OF M'JSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN,
AND PROVIDING FO:? THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AND
OTHER DETAILS WITH RESPECT THERETO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIXEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 3, Income and Revenue Funds, appearing
on page IO, of the Original Ordinance #128, is hereby amended by
changing that paragraph referring to the Sewerage System Depreciation
Fund to read as follows: ,
3% of the income and revenues therefrom is presently
necessary and shall be set aside in the "Sewerage System
Depreciation Fund" as a proper and adequate depreciation
account;
SECTION 2: All ordimnces or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Thi:. ordinance shal I be in ful I force and
effect from and after its passage.
