AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO
AMEND THE ZONIAG MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
THE COMMON COU\ICIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS: a
SECTION I: The following described property is
hereby rezoned as indica.ted:
FROM 1-1 to RS-2 Suburban Residence:
All that propel-ty lying in the Southeast + of
Section 3, Southwest + of Section 2, the
Northeast + of Section IO, and the Northwest +
of Section II, in the City of Muskego, County
of Waukesha, Wisconsin, whichabuts the proposed
freeway corridor and which is shown on the zoning
district map to be 1-1 as of the last revision of
said map under date of February 14, 1973. Said
property being bounded as follows: on the East
by the Westerly line of the proposed freeway corridor,
on the South by the center line of Woods Road; on
the North by tt?? center line of Highway 24, and on the
West by areas Ipresently zoned RS-3 and RS-2, all
as indicated on the zoning district map in'red
on the zoning (district map attached hereto as
Exh i b it "A".
SECTION 2: The zoning map as referred to in Chapter 17,
Section 3.04 of the Municipal Code of Muskego, Wisconsin, is
amended by reclassifying the above described property as shown
on said map in accordance with Section I hereof. The map
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" need not be pub1 ished as part
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby
repea I ed. 0
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication.
