AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AMENDED
ORDINANCE 1'1250

THE COMMON COIJNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 3 of Amended Ordinance 250 is
hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:
Section 3. Thne of Commencement. This ordinance is
further condEioned upon the approval of the final
plat for the single family areas and of a final
development plan with accompanying documents as re-
quired by Section 6.02 and the commencement of con-
struction of :roads and other facilities in the area
within 12 mon;ths from the effective date of this
ordinance.
SECTION 11. 1\11 ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 111: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication.
