AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SBXION 20.02 OF THE MUNlClPA
CODE OF THE CIlY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
THE COMMON COUhClL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDA I N AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 20.02 of the Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section (5) to provide as
fol lows:
(5) EXCESSIVE MOTOR NOISE - Motorboats shall not
be continLously operated without the motor
cover f irmlly secured.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with or contmening this ordinance are hereby
repea I ed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
