The Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wis. do ordain as follows: *

CTION I There is hereby appro,priatedput of the receipts of the City of
skego for the year 1970, including monies received from the General
operty Tax Levy, to the various funds and purposes set up in the budget
esented herewith for the purposes therein stated, the following amounts:

%TION 2. There is hereby levied a tax of $2.59 upon all the taxable
property within the City of Muskego as returned by the Assessor in the
year 1969 for the uses and purposes set forth in said budget.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to
spread the said tax upon the current tax roll of
SECTION 4. This ordina,nce shall take effect and
its passage and publication.
