AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND TO AMEF'D THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OE' MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
THE COMMON COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF HUSKEGO, WISCONSIN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLWWS:
SECTION 1. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from RS-2 (Suburban Residence) to RSM (Multiple Family
Residence) district:
That property in che S# of Sec. 16, T5N, aOE,
City of Muskego, liaukesha County, Wisconsin,
known as parcels A & B of Certified Survey Map
lf734617, recorded in the Register of Deeds
office 3-21-69, Vo1. 6, page 273 of Certified
Survey Maps.
SECTION 2. The mning map as referred to in Chapter 17,
Section 3.04 of the Municip,31 Code of Muskego, Wisconsin, is
amended by reclassifying the above described property as shown on
said map in accordance with Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon-
sistent with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This. ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication.
