ORD INANCE # 135 -
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND TO AMEND 'THE ZON ING MAP OF THE
CITY OF MJSKEGO, WISCONSIN e THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Part of the ijrea hereinafter described is presently
zoned 8-4 (Highway Business) and RSA (Attached Single Family Residence):
All that property which is presently zoned as RSA in said description is
hereby rezoned to 8-4:
All that part of the NW+ of Section IO, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows: Commencing at a point on the
centerline of STH 24 and its intersection with Lannon Drive,
thence easterly 1200' alcng said centerline of STH 24 to the
point of beginning; thence easterly along said centerline of
STH 24, 1280' to the easterly line of the Roland Linck pro-
perty; thence Northwesterly 300' along a line perpendicular
to said STH 24; thence southwesterly 1280' parallel to STH 24;
thence southeasterly 300' along a line perpendicular to STH
24 to the place of beginning.
Part of the area hereinafter described is presently zoned 8-4 and

Wetland Flood Plain: All that pr2perty which is presently zoned as 8-4
in said description is rezoned to Wetland Flood Plain:
Commencing at a point on the centerline of STH 24 and its
intersection with Lannon Drive, thence easterly 1200' along
said centerline of STH 24, thence easterly along said center-
line of STH 24, 715' to a point on said centerline; thence
north 350' to the point 0.' beginning; thence north 450';
thence southwesterly and parallel to the centerline of STH
24, 1130'; thence southeasterly and perpendicular to said
STH 24, 400'; thence northeasterly and parallel to the
centerline of STH 24, goo", to the place of beginning.
SECTION 2. The zoning map as referred to in Chapter 17, Section
6.04 of the Municipal Code of Musl:ego, Wisconsin, is amended by reclass-
ifying the above described propert:y as shown on said map in accordance
with Section I hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
with or contravening this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shal I be in full force and effect
