AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE OFFICE OF
CONSTABLE
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, do ordain as follows:
SECTION I: Pursuant to Sec. 62.09 (1) (b), Wisconsin
Statutes, the office of Constable is hereby abolished as
of the ,::lsF day of November , 1967.
SECTION 11: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall * take effect from and after its passage 2nd publication.
