ORDINANCE 1/55 ENTITLED, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERSONNEL AND ESTABLISHING AND REGULATING THE SALARIES AND OTHER CClMPENSATIONS OF ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYES, OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO The Mayor and Comon Council. of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, do ordain as follows: SECTION I Section I of Ordinance #55, entitled, An Ordinance Establishing Personnel and Establishing and Regulating the Salaries and Other Compensations of Elected and Appointed Officers and Employes of the City of Muskego, is hereby amended to provide for the estab- lishment of the position of Chief of Police with a salary range of $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 with yearly increments of $500.00. SECTION I1 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publications.
