AN ORD I NANCE TO PROVIDE FOR FASCIM I LE SIGNATURES OF THE MAYOR, CITY CLERK AND CITY Tf?EASURER ON ORDER CHECKS FOR THE CITY 01- MUSKEGO.
The Common Counci of the City of Muskego do ordain as
fol lows:
Section I. This ordinance shall be considered as a
separate ordinance and not part of the Munkipal Code of the
City of Muskego.
r_. Section 2. ' All order checks of the City of Muskego
shall be signed by the City Clerk and City Treasurer and
countersigned by the Mayor, and in lieu of their personal
signatures, there shal' be affixed to each order check the
fascimile signatures 0-' the City Clerk, City Treasurer and
