ORD20061229-B1compplan-amCOMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO ORDINANCE #1229-B AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE 2010 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby amend the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to reflect changes as depicted on the attached map. The changes basically show the area changing portions of the High Density Residential Land Uses to go to Commercial Uses. SECTION 2: A Public Hearing was held regarding the proposed amendments on May 9, 2006 in front of the Common Council. SECTION 3: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the 2010 Plan map changes fund on the attached map at their June 6, 2006 meeting. SECTION 4: The attached 2010 plan map changes are different then what was presented in the original Ordinance #1229 for Boundary Area #4. The changes reflect the current Council objectives for density in the area. SECTION 5: This Ordinance known as #1229-B amends Ordinance #1229 to reflect the 2010 Comprehensive Map changes for what is known as Boundary Area #4. The rest of Ordinance #1229, not already acted upon, is deferred until new amendments occur. SECTION 6: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict. SECTION 7: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and publication. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 13th DAY OF June , 2006.
