AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
B-2 to B-2/OIP - Muskego Public Library
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from B-2 to B-2/OIP:
All that part of the NW ¼ of Section 10, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said ¼ Section; thence S 88 02 45 W along the
South line of said NW ¼ Section, 666.93 feet; thence N 1 19 29 W, 10.08 feet to the place
of beginning of lands to be described; thence S 88 43 36 W, 327.20 feet; thence N 1 00 45
W, 730.27 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of Janesville Road (C.T.H. “L”);
thence N 55 48 08 E along said right-of-way line 384.38 feet to a point; thence S 1 19 29 E,
939.32 feet to the place of beginning; said lands containing 6.27 acres.
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If
any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to
the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect
the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinance whose terms are in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and
publication.
