That I have surveyed, divided and mapped "ASSESSOR'S PLAT OF BAY SHORES", being s subdivision
of a part of the Northeast 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, `township 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as fellows, tag- tit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of share lane and Bay Share Drive, as platted in B�y Shore
Estates, being a subdivisionof record in said East of Section 8; running thence North 40-01'-10"
Last along the Easterly line of said Shore lane 50.14 feet to a point of curve, the radius of which
bears Forth 490--58'-60" West, 435.64 feet; thence along the arcs of said curve and the Easterly line
of said Shore lane, 142.70 feet, the chord. of which bears North 300-58'-23" East, 142.06 feet to a
point; thence Fast, 135.90 feet to a point, said paint being 7 feet West of the shoreline of Little
Muskego lake; thence South 30-38'-60,, East, 109.91 feet to a point, said point being 20 feet Westerly

bears South 320-08'-44" 'feet, 60.00 Feet; thence along the arc of said curve and Northerly line of said
Oak Court 83.29 feet, the chord of which bears South. 820-22' -23`1 West, 76.77 feet to a point; thence
South 420-36'-03" West along the Northwesterly line.of said Oak.Court 164.64 feet to a point, said paint
being the Northeast comer of Circle Drive and Oak Count as platted in.said Bay Share Estates and also
being on a curve, having a radius of 297,67 feet; thence along the are of said eurve and the Northerly
line of said 0ircle Drive, 284.01 feet, the chord of which bears Forth 860-22'-15" West, 273.36 feet to
the northeast corner of Richdorf Drive and Circle Drive as platted in said Bay Shore Estates; thence
North 230-42'-50" West along the Easterly line of Richdorf Drive 540.05 feet to the Southeast corner of
Richdorf Drive and Woodland Court as platted in said Bay Shore Estates; thence North 430-02'-1011 East
a ngg the Southeasterly line 0f said woodland Court 223.06 feet to a paint of curve, the radius -of
,wUtah bears North 46 27'--50" west, 263.74 feet; thence along the are of said curve and the Southeasterly
lime of said woodland eourt,.456.94 feet, the chord of which bears North 60-05'-51" Vest, 401.90 feet to
a pint in the Northeasterly line of said Bay Shore Drive; thence forth 550-43'-53" West along said
Northeasterly line of said Bay Shore Drive 214.74 feet to the place of commencement. It being intended
to convey to the shoreline of little Muskego Lake.
That I have made such survey, land -division and plat by the direction of the Council, of the city
of iuskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
That such plat is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of land surveyed and the
subdivision thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Section. 70.27, Wisconsin Statutes, in surveying,
dividing and mapping the same.
