I, Stanley J. Potrykus, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided, and mapped a part of the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of Section 31, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the
Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 Section; thence S 20 11' 59" E along
the East line of said NE 1/4 Section 2561.32 feet to a meander corner;
thence S 790 28' 01" W, 300.00 feet to a point on the meander line of
Lake Denoon, said point being N 20 11' 59" W, 11 feet more or less from
the water's edge and the place of beginning of the lands to be
described; thence N 2° 11' 59" W, 757.39 feet; thence S 880 04' 52" W,
198.20 feet; thence S 20 11' 59" E, 776.30 feet to a point on the
aforesaid meander line, said point being N 2' 11, 59" W, 20 feet more or
less from the water's edge; thence N 830 23' 17" E along said meander
line, 112.32 feet; thence N 810 38' 42" E along said meander line 86.71
feet to the place of beginning.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of
John A. Mahoney, Owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 18 of the City of Muskego Subdivision
Ordinance in surveying, mapping and dividing the same.
