That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a redivision of Certified Survey Map No.
2283 being a part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as fol-
lows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4 Section; thence
N 10 09' 18" W along the West line of said SW 1/4 Section 1098.76 feet to a point
in the centerline of Woods Road; thence N 591 22' 42" E along said centerline 297.08
feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing
N 59' 22' 42" E along said centerline 171.86 feet; thence N 87' 58' 05" E, 726.48
feet; thence S 00 35' 10" E, 362.35 ,feet; thence S 88' 00' 50" W, 152.00 feet; thence
N 86° 18' 21" W, 605.96 feet; thence N 30' 37' 18" W, 250.00 feet to the place of
beginning.
That I have made this survey, land division and neap by the direction of Robert D.
Hoormann and Sandra D. Hoormann, Owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Sta-
tutes and Chapter 18, Section 3.8 of the City of Muskego Subdivision Ordinance, in
surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
