I, Stanley J. Potrykus, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section
8, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded
and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 Section;
thence N 88' 35' 20" E along the North line of said NE 1/4 Section 660.20 feet to the
place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing N 88' 35' 20" E
along said North line 145.22 feet; thence S V 19' 40" E, 232.03 feet; thence
S 0° 55' 44" E, 255.45 feet to a point in the centerline of Hiliview Drive; thence
S 88' 35' 20" W along said centerline 260.61 feet; thence N 12' 10' 46" E, 501.64 feet
to the place of beginning. Dedicating therefrom the South 30 feet for public street
purposes. I also certify that this Certified Survey Map is required to be submitted
to the following for approval: City of Muskego.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Hans G. Koehn
and Edith F. Koehn, Owners.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the land
surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Statutes
and Chapter 18, of the City of Muskego Subdivision Ordinance in surveying, dividing
and mapping the same.
